    Absolutely, in fact when you are eating fresh, real, whole foods meals, they are easy to quickly put together and you will get lots of suggestions on simple and healthy meal and snack ideas.

    I have a couple of apps that I work with to help make it easy to track your meals or you can also send photos of your meals.

Meet Heather

As a teenager, I was always sick, tired, and hormonally imbalanced. It was not until I got a job at a local health food store that I worked daily with a nutritionist. I educated myself on the importance of proper nutrition and changed my eating patterns. I cut out toxic ingredients, fast food, and started working out. By truly paying attention to what I was putting into my body, it was then that I learned how to heal myself and bring my body back into balance. The body has an amazing ability to heal itself only if we give it the chance and feed it the nutrients it needs daily!

I will take a look at your eating patterns, health history, and nutrition goals and I will design a personalized wellness plan that is easy to follow. We will schedule weekly check-in calls to help you with accountability, to help you stay motivated and on track with your goals.

 

You will learn what foods work best for your body, what to eat more of, and what to avoid. You will also receive a custom shopping list, meal suggestions, and recipes based on your individual needs and goals. You will feel in control of your health by eating whole foods that support and build a healthy body and feel more energized as you reach your goals.
