Heather will visit your home and help you clean out all the "junk foods" that will prevent you from reaching your goals. If it's not in your home, you don't have to resist temptation. Afterwords, Heather can join you on a trip to reveal all the hidden gems at your local supermarket. Out with the old and in with the new! Note: Supermarket tour comes at an additional cost.
